It’s that time again: the 2013 REALTORS® Conference and Expo is right around the corner.  November 8-11 in Moscone Center in beautiful San Francisco is were the action is and where this year’s commercial practice program is running to keep you up to date on the commercial real estate sector’s many trends, tools and tactics for success.

  1. Wow! What a coup. Richard is brillant. I sat in on one of his webinars about innovative ways to generate revenue with vacant retail space back in 2009. It really helped me generate extra revenue for our owners during a rough real estate economy. Not to mention he was using the word “Innovation” years before it become a buzz word.

    This is a can’t miss for any commercial Realtor.

  6. I just came from California Association of Realtor’s expo and Commercial conference. I am looking forward to attending the NAR Realtor Conference and Expo and Commercial conference in San Francisco! It is good to know what is happening nationally as well as regionally, and internationally. Will go to CIPS event and RSPS reception to collect my pins and receive the RSPS Rising Star Award!
    Gotta love NAR for all of the opportunities it offers!

  9. Commercial leasing and the legal pitfalls and the discussion about these areas are of great interest and relevant to me as I am learning the Commercial side of our business.

  11. It’s always a good idea to have a basic knowledge of commercial transactions, even if you only intend on referring leads. Opportunity should be recognized.

  19. This is my first year as a Sales Agent. Although I have had my license for the past 6 years, I used it primarily for Property Management. I am excited to attend the Expo and network with the Pros!

  29. I would love to hear Rich speak on Monday, however I will not be able to make it. I will be at the EXPO on Saturday though. Wish there was three of me to cover the entire EXPO.

  30. This is one of several seminars I would like to attend. The weekend looks full of exciting workshops, speakers and seminars… I know I’ll be missing out on value by not being there this year.
