1. Real Estate broker since 1980. Commercial Broker since 1987. CCIM designee since January 1993.
2. Our market has slowed somewhat, as people are concerned about the national economy, but is still fairly active. We are fortunate to be in an MSA (Tri-Cities, WA) that is posting positive job growth numbers, positive housing numbers (volume and price), and slightly positive retail sales for the past 2-years.
3. Dark Chocolate covered Milky Way bars.
